We offer our pattern views in several formats.
Stamped grill patterns are generally available in a single piece up to approximately 120" x 46" overall outside dimensions of the grille (including border). Some materials and patterns may be available larger than 46", lesser limitations apply to hole patterns with small holes. Larger grilles of unlimited size can be made of multiple sections for field assembly. Consult the factory for details on maximum size for any specific combination of material and pattern. MATERIALS

Individual patterns may be limited to gauges lighter than the maximums listed above. Click here for maximum recommended gauges for any specific pattern. Not all material thicknesses are stocked; contact the factory for available material thicknesses from stock material. Custom patterns are available utilizing computer controlled water jet and laser cutting technology. These concepts provide the capability to produce a totally custom pattern, to scale standard stamped patterns to new sizes, or to match any pattern not available through conventional stamping. Water jet cut grilles are also available in a broader range of materials and thicknesses than stamped grilles.
